The YYCMG Board Committee hold three General Meetings per year, and one Annual General Meeting.

All are welcome to attend these meetings, however, we do advise us if you are planning to attend so we are able to cater accordingly.

The Committee is comprised of four named members; the Chairperson, the Vice-Chair, the Secretary and the Treasurer. We also rely on our ordinary members who attend and contribute.
